Family Service Society provides assistance to residents of Paducah/McCracken County in need by assisting with basic needs such as food, clothing, prescription medications, emergency dental, utility assistance, personal hygiene items, household goods and Christmas food assistance.

We have been serving the City of Paducah since 1927. That makes us the SECOND oldest non-profit organization in Paducah. We offer medical, dental and vision assistance, prescription medication assistance, utility bill assistance, we have a fully stocked food pantry, free clothes by appointment on a specific week day, financial education classes and a variety of other services to those who are in need of them most. To the mother with children that doesn’t have food, to the father who works but needs clothes, to the disabled and needy who require medical assistance and to the struggling mind that needs a shoulder to lean on and an ear to listen. Family Service Society has been here, is here and will continue to be here for this city.
